Open URL in TV browser

New bravia_rest_api.open_url service that opens any URL directly in the TV's built-in browser — no more typing URLs with the remote control.

Usage:

service: bravia_rest_api.open_url
data:
  entity_id: media_player.bravia_api
  url: "https://example.com"

Also available from Developer Tools > Services in the Home Assistant UI.
