Nav menus display too high

Actual Behavior:

The dropdown nav menus are placed too high, partially obscuring the icon and menu title.

Steps to Reproduce the Bug:

1. go to https://delphi.cmu.edu/
2. mouse over a menu in the nav bar

Expected behavior

Menu should extend from bottom of box containing menu title
