First public build.

Install: copy firmware.bin to the SD card's root, put the card in the X4, then Settings → System → SD Card Firmware Update in CrossPoint. crosspoint at the prompt goes back.

Needs CrossPoint and a Bluetooth LE keyboard. The SD route and crosspoint have not been tried on a device yet, and the image's internal version string still reads v0.1-2.
