Install: copy firmware.bin to the SD card's root, put the card in the X4, then Settings → System → SD Card Firmware Update in CrossPoint. crosspoint at the prompt goes back.

Needs CrossPoint and a Bluetooth LE keyboard.

Run on a real X4 before this release: boot, tz, help, an SSH session with the device key, the hostile escape sequences from test/vt_test.cpp, and crosspoint into CrossPoint 1.6.5. The SD update itself has not been tried on a device yet; a USB flash works.

Changes since v0.2.0: DEC line drawing, a complete help, session modes reset on exit, characters past 16 bits drawn as ?, the image's version string.
