Update Active Record tutorial to use new adapter version

• The note here needs to be updated to say use version 5.2.x of ActiveRecord requires version 5.2.x of the adapter
• Mentions of beta support should be removed for Active Record.
• Version and support level needs to be updated on the summary tooling page
