`codercom/oss-dogfood:latest` image and hence devcontainer is broken.

Since our transition to build the oss-dogfood image using Nix, the image is broken and can't be used to run js and e2e tests.

Also pointed out by a community user in #9502

Also I have not been able to end-to-end test this as I cannot get the dogfood container to work- so any assistance there would also be eggsellent

We recently updated ci to use Go 1.20.8, but dogfood image is stuck on 1.20.7 as we have pinned it to a pre-nix tag that does not have the Dockerfile in main anymore.
