⚠ BREAKING CHANGES

  • sync: a REST write or git push from a token whose ref policies carry any op no longer schedules the inbound upstream sync on PostgreSQL, or for REST writes on SQLite and S3WAL. The write stays local, and the repository converges on the next write, pull-upstream or push-upstream from a token without policy ops. In a mixed fleet, replicas on an older binary still schedule the sync for such writes until they are upgraded.
