MPV support works now besides the stdin commands dont seem to work with MPV for some reason!
Downsides are it requires an extra dep. Also it seems to spam the debug console a bit. But it's one method that works.

This adds proper support for MPV using the recommended interface of IPC.
It also checks for a few MPV flags since the IPC input flag was renamed in newer versions.
Volume control and mute also works.
I also updated the README.md and a few comments to be more accurate.
