Fixed

  • A userPromptSubmit deny on createSmartAgent didn't set ctx.__guardrailBlocked — the SDK's documented signal that a turn was blocked rather than answered. createAgent's own prompt-denial path set it; createSmartAgent ran through a separate copy of the same branch that never did, so a blocked turn was indistinguishable from a normal completed answer. Found via E2E integration testing against 0.10.0.
