Agent SDK v0.15.0

This release improves how summaries appear in trace sessions and makes summary carry-forward stricter by keeping only directives that came from the user. No migration or special upgrade step is required.

  Trace sessions now include summarization events, making it easier to inspect how context was condensed during execution.
• Keep only user directives in carried-forward summaries
