Agent SDK v0.20.0

This release adds more location detail to planning and summarization events exposed by the SDK. It does not require a migration and should be a straightforward upgrade unless your event consumers need to account for the additional event data.

• Planning and summarization events include where each version or pass happened (#28)
  Hosts and operators can now see location information alongside version and pass data in the SDK events they consume. This gives downstream tooling more context when inspecting planning and summarization behavior.
