Agent Server v0.4.0

This release lets API clients choose a model for each message request. It also adds validation for unsupported model keys and may require client updates if you want to use the new request field or handle the new error response.

Breaking changes

• Message requests can now be rejected with model_not_allowed for invalid model keys
  Update clients to send only advertised model keys and handle the model_not_allowed response.
