AT3 Randomizer v0.1.0-alpha

• Initial release

Includes basic logic, not allowing for the Grabby Hands or Hero Gauntlet to be placed in Nightmare Castle as well as not randomizing Lumpy Space Temple. Possibility that Grabby Hands can be under dead tree and that Hero Gauntlet can be under huge rock

Currently does not randomize shops, NPC items, and certain field items, most notably items blocked by wooden stumps
