Features

• --umi-edit-dist <N> on quant and multiplex-quant, forwarded to
  alevin-fry quant / quant-probe as --umi-edit-dist. With cr-like or
  cr-like-em, --umi-edit-dist 1 turns on Cell Ranger-style Hamming-1 UMI
  collapsing, which alevin-fry supports but simpleaf could not request. Left
  unset, nothing is forwarded and alevin-fry's default applies (0 for cr-like).
  What alevin-fry would reject only at its final quant step is rejected before
  mapping: a value other than 0 or 1, and cr-like/cr-like-em with 1 in USA
  mode (multiplex-quant --usa, or a quant run whose t2g map has 3
  columns). With that correction on, alevin-fry resolves every cell with the
  corrected resolver, so an explicit --small-thresh has no effect and
  simpleaf warns about it
