• Readable hints for not_your_wallet (a session changes only the wallet it signed in with) and wallet_add_unavailable (adding a wallet is suspended for every session) (#172).

Changed

• wallets create is documented as currently unavailable; wallets update, wallets delete and the wallet-token commands act only on the session's own wallet, reads stay account-wide, operators are exempt (#172).
• docs/cli and docs/man regenerated with bin/docs (#172).
