v0.1.0 - Companion Scan (prerelease)

First tagged prerelease of Companion Scan: a Deno API server plus a Vite web bundle (scanner and editor UI) packaged as one container for CI-Hub marketplace installs.

Container image: ghcr.io/companionintelligence/ci-web-xr-scan (tags :latest and :sha-f3e9a1e, built from this release's source commit; the package is public).

License: PolyForm Noncommercial 1.0.0.

This release also includes the fix for the container publish workflow, which had failed since 2026-09-06 because the image omitted src/inference.

Verified: the publish workflow built the image from main, started it, passed the /health and static UI smoke gates, and pushed to GHCR.

Not verified: GPU-backed world jobs (lingbot-map, splat detection, Brush training) and model-backed inference, which need host binaries and mounted model files; the ingest routes beyond startup; the marketplace install path in CI-Hub; the AR/WebXR pages on real devices. The image is amd64-only unless the workflow builds otherwise; multi-arch was not checked.
