RepoKit 0.54.0 makes validation reuse persistent and owned by repocli.

  • Repeated repocli validate calls automatically reuse matching successful runs. Callers no longer supply previous reports with --reuse; use --force to request execution.
  • History is stored under ~/.repocli/repositories/<name>/, with execution/reuse counts and durations available through validate --history. Worktrees share repository storage and statistics while reuse remains scoped to each checkout.
  • VersionTag document changes do not invalidate reuse. Full snapshots still guard changes during execution. History failures are diagnosed and do not prevent real checks.
  • ValidationReport advances to schema 2. Python consumers need compforge-repokit==0.18.0 or a compatible newer version.

Install the CLI:

go install github.com/compforge/repokit/apps/cli/cmd/repocli@v0.54.0

Use the Go toolkit:

go get github.com/compforge/repokit/toolkit/go@v0.54.0

Release tags point to merge commit 414a5e6d2e8c7aa9ce3f9a98efec7cc8582c0fba from #118. Validation includes Go/CLI/Python/TypeScript checks, isolated Go-module installation without go.work, and CLI persistence/reuse smoke tests.
