`qfProcessInfo` and `qsProcessInfo` packets do not filter process list

The implementation of qfProcessInfo and qsProcessInfo (e.g. "FindFirstProcess", "FindNextProcess") don't take the matching criteria into account when generating the list of processes. The missing implementation causes some lldb test cases to fail when run against ds2:
