Before when DymoServerPrinter.print_label() is called, the default value of 12 mm was used for the tape size. This made checks too generous for smaller tape sizes, and would make them incorrectly fail for bigger tape sizes.
This keeps 12 mm as the default.

Above is regular test commands, below is the same but with
-t 19, both with 19 mm tape on a LabelPoint 350.
