Repository navigation
v0.34.0
What's new
- Open directories in your file manager: open a local project's directory from its sidebar context menu, or the current file's containing directory from the file viewer.
Fixes
- CLI commands update attached desktops:
okena project show, okena project hide, andokena term fullscreennow affect the desktop window. Fullscreen requests also work when sent immediately after creating or splitting a terminal, before its state reaches the desktop. - Lower Git polling overhead: reuse ahead/behind and unpushed commit counts while commit IDs stay unchanged. Fix accumulating Git LFS filter processes and repeated filter work during status checks; refresh filtered repositories' indexes in the background.
- More reliable worktree removal: interrupt blocked terminal I/O during teardown and prevent finished hooks from blocking removal. Teardown errors identify terminals that still hold project paths.
- Preserve worktree group zoom: closing a tab keeps the parent project and its worktrees in view when the next terminal is already visible.
- Restore GNU screen scrollback: newly created screen sessions keep output in Okena's scrollback so the mouse wheel can scroll it. Existing sessions need to be recreated for this change to apply.
- Keep external applications launched from terminal links running after the opener exits.
- Normalize diacritics in generated worktree branch prefixes and reject prefixes made only of separators.
- Recognize shared Cargo target directories when locating local rebuilds.
