Same-repository content

• Register project docs and authored Skills at their original locations, with derived relative symlink entrances and safe repair diagnostics.
• Keep historical repository paths and commits in evidence; detect document-region moves and changes across Skill directories.
• Add optional repository entrance pages and support local or remote source lookup with explicit symlink coverage handling.
• Upgrade the bundled evidence plugin for repository-content references.
• Reject invalid build registration without replacing prior successful outputs.

Validation

Workspace build, typecheck and lint completed. Default tests completed with the two discovered resource/audit issues corrected and reverified (9/9); the remaining full-only suite passed (39/39). Extractor Node distribution smoke checks and real CLI artifact tests (2/2) passed. Frozen lock installation and package dry-run audits passed.

No internal business identifiers or private service endpoints were found in the source scan. Pull request #56 is reserved for maintainer merge.
