Watch parties just work

• Join and Create always respond. They used to stay greyed out until their box had text, which looked broken. An empty Join now says to paste a code; an empty Create makes a party with a made-up name, like "Cozy Tonberry Matinee".
• No more pressing Connect. Join, Create and Broadcast sign in to the party server by themselves, even if the game started before your internet did.
• A simpler Share tab. The party server address is gone from it; everyone uses the Aetherstream server.
• Messages now show right under the buttons, where you're looking.
