Late control-request timeouts no longer replace an already recovered terminal with a load error, failed size updates retain live output and retry, and data-connection replacement restores terminal subscriptions without restarting the assistant or replaying input.
• Mac: a session started from the Mac (for example Continue with another assistant) no longer turns its pane blank after the host gives it a permanent identity. The pane follows the new identity in place, and reopening it from the sidebar shows the conversation instead of an empty split slot.

Rebuilt Mac split-pane reordering with a live header drag. The dragged pane follows the pointer and inserts between panes while neighbours move aside. Focus, drafts and native terminals keep their identities.

• Keep agent and shell headers at their compact height while the full leading strip stays draggable.
• Fixed immediate-release overlap, interrupted drags after pane changes, and stale landing completions.
• The Your prompts last row now returns the agent terminal to live output, preserving the draft and running work.
• Regression checks execute the production motion and cancellation paths. The release-session automated gesture run was blocked by the locked console. On 2026-10-26 the owner subsequently tested released Mac 0.3.154 and confirmed that split-pane drag/reordering works without issues, closing that real-use acceptance gap.
