sweep-0.3.0.zip is the output of the sweep that measured every stage in one run (Sweep run 41208417549, 22/22 pass), also committed at the branch tip under evidence/. The sweep measured the chain at 96a45658, the library's main ahead of the tag; the evidence commit states why the figures hold at the tag.
