Courmap proxy 0.1.0

The first release of the Sonarr proxy. It sits between Prowlarr (or your indexers) and Sonarr, rewrites anime release names into the numbering Sonarr understands, and translates Sonarr's searches into the names indexers know.

Images for amd64 and arm64. :latest is the newest release, :0.1.0 pins this one, :edge follows main for testers. The container does not update itself; the proxy downloads new data every 24 hours on its own.

Get started

• Follow the Sonarr quickstart.
• Once the proxy is running, its own status page at http://<your-host>:9797/ shows the data version and how many Sonarr series it found.

Already on :edge? Change the image to ghcr.io/courmap/proxy:latest in Unraid or Compose. Settings and the /data folder carry over.

What it does

• Torznab (torrents) and Newznab (usenet), set per indexer or detected.
• Reloads your Sonarr series list when a release or search needs a show it does not have (at most once a minute), so a new series is picked up without waiting.
• Keeps indexer API use low: a query cache, early stop on episode searches, a cap on queries per search, and per-day request counts on the status page. When an indexer reports its limit, the answer goes to Sonarr unchanged.
• Never writes API keys to logs, the status page or exports.
• Status page at port 9797 with the data version, per-indexer counts, assisted works and unresolved release names, plus a block to paste into a GitHub issue.

Known limits

• Sonarr only.
• Ambiguous releases pass through unchanged instead of being guessed.
• The unresolved and assisted exports hold at most 500 names each.
