v2.6.1
Follow-up consultations keep more of the evidence needed to revisit a decision, within the existing history size limit.
- Preserve stance, decision-changing conditions, unresolved disagreements, and check methods and expected signals across rounds. Checked evidence gets priority, and omissions are explicit.
- Classify mixed authentication/rate-limit errors as authentication failures, avoiding retries and retaining other consultants’ successful answers.
- Tighten OpenCode protected-path rules for worktree-relative reads and disable
globandgrep, which can bypass per-file read rules. Symlink aliases remain outside these lexical path restrictions; the guides describe this limitation. - Make the check → record → report workflow explicit in skills and MCP tool descriptions. Refresh the English and Japanese documentation.
