TextRescue 1.0 (DEUTSCH / GERMAN)

Rettet deinen getippten Text. TextRescue merkt sich im Hintergrund, was du tippst, damit du verlorenen Text zurückholen kannst – etwa wenn ein Fenster abstürzt oder du es versehentlich schließt. Bedienung über ein Symbol rechts unten bei der Uhr (Rechtsklick).

Funktionen

Mitschrift lebt standardmäßig nur im Arbeitsspeicher (nichts auf der Festplatte)
Löscht sich automatisch nach einer einstellbaren Zeichenzahl oder Zeit der Untätigkeit
Erfasst Umlaute, ß und AltGr-Zeichen (@, €) korrekt
Passwortfelder werden nicht mitgeschrieben
Zeitgesteuertes Löschen pausierbar

Nutzung
TextRescue.exe herunterladen und per Doppelklick starten. Das Symbol erscheint unten rechts bei der Uhr.

⚠️ WICHTIG – Virenscanner: Ein Programm, das alles Getippte mitliest, ist technisch dasselbe wie ein Keylogger. Windows Defender und andere Virenscanner können TextRescue deshalb blockieren oder in Quarantäne verschieben. Das ist ein Fehlalarm, kein Virus. Du musst das Programm selbst als Ausnahme erlauben. Der Quellcode liegt offen in diesem Repository – du kannst jederzeit nachprüfen, dass nichts nach außen gesendet wird.

Rescue your typed text. TextRescue quietly remembers what you type so you can recover lost text – for example when a window crashes or you close it by accident. Controlled via an icon at the bottom right near the clock (right-click).

Features

Transcript lives only in memory by default (nothing written to disk)
Clears itself automatically after a configurable number of characters or idle time
Captures umlauts, ß and AltGr characters (@, €) correctly
Password fields are not recorded
Timed clearing can be paused
“Crash-safe” option: text survives a restart
Secret-agent mode: hides the icon (restore by typing #rescue#)

Usage
Download TextRescue.exe and double-click to start. The icon appears at the bottom right near the clock.

⚠️ IMPORTANT – Antivirus: A program that reads everything you type is technically the same as a keylogger. Windows Defender and other antivirus tools may therefore block or quarantine TextRescue. This is a false positive, not a virus. You have to allow it as an exception yourself. The source code is open in this repository – you can verify at any time that nothing is sent anywhere.
