App-owned block menus and handle glyphs, mention triggers with icons, chips in text fields, menu row indents, terminal cursor shapes, and a browser console and inspector.

New

• editor::AppExt::set_block_menu_items replaces the block handle's menu, which is editor::block_menu_defaults() until it is called: the slash menu's blocks under "Turn into", then Duplicate and Delete. A BlockMenuItem is a Heading or a Row(SlashRow).
• editor::AppExt::set_handles replaces the glyphs the block handle and table row and column handles paint, which are Handles::default() grips until it is called. The block handle sits on the popover surface.
• Mention rows carry an optional icon.
• TextField::set_chips paints ranges of a field's content as a glyph and title, edited as one unit; TextField::chips reads them back. ui::input::Shown maps between content and shown offsets.
• Item::indented moves a menu row in by levels of the app's MenuIndent, which ui::AppExt::set_menu_indent sets (12px by default).
• The terminal honours DECSCUSR cursor shape and blink. CursorSnapshot::style carries a CursorStyle (CursorShape::Block, Beam or Underline, and blinking); Emulator::set_cursor_override pins a host style, and TerminalElement::with_cursor_on sets the blink phase.
• WebView::with_console reports the page's console calls, uncaught errors and unhandled rejections as WebViewEvent::Console(ConsoleMessage).
• The inspector feature of bezel-browser adds WebView::with_inspector and WebView::open_inspector.
• ui::menu::glyph_slot is public.

• editor::AppExt::set_mention_source takes the trigger character first; each trigger keeps its own source.
• Mention has an icon field and CursorSnapshot a style field; struct literals must include them.
• markdown::Shown is a re-export of ui::input::Shown.
• The block handle's menu is built from the installed block menu items instead of a fixed list.

Fixed

• A growing text field measures its rows in its own font, so the browser gallery no longer panics resolving .SystemUIFont.
• The browser gallery paints in Geist.
• A drag ghost narrower than its item stays under the pointer.
• Menu item labels truncate to one line instead of wrapping.
