Changed

• Kernel projections can no longer be declared with global scope. During a rolling upgrade, the global statistics projection registered by older kernels is ignored with a warning and retired, so it is not recreated once the registration runs on the new version.

Fixed

• Replaying the kernel's event-type statistics no longer lets one namespace's replay redirect or clear the shared store-wide statistics of every other namespace. Statistics are now kept per namespace, and the store-wide statistics combine every namespace's rows, with the same query and response as before. (#5172)
• Replaying a globally scoped projection, in full or for a single partition, is now refused before anything is written, including a partition replay resumed after a restart.
