Fixed

  • Changing only the details text of a [ComplianceDetails]/[PII] or [Encrypted] marking on an existing event type no longer counts as an event schema change, so the kernel no longer refuses the registration with EventTypeSchemaChanged. A change of the compliance metadata type or the encryption scope, or an added or removed marking, still counts as a schema change. (#4660)
