Release 2.0.5
Updates
- Code tuning
- Assuming that the PCI domain will be displayed as following (in folder names, etc...):
- If domain value is <= 0xFFFF, it will have leading zeros.
- Otherwise (value is > 0xFFFF), it will have NO leading zeros.
Release 2.0.4
Work done
- Support 5-digit PCI
domain, by supporting handling (parsing/constructing) its path.
Release 2.0.0
DEV-187
"Partially" added Multiple-BARs support as following:
Work done
- Added API
CRONO_KERNEL_GetBarDescriptions. - All BARs are got in
CRONO_KERNEL_PciDeviceOpen, withmmapcalled for their memories, andunmmapcalled for them withCRONO_KERNEL_PciDeviceClose. CRONO_KERNEL_WriteAddrNandCRONO_KERNEL_ReadAddrNvariations handle only the first BAR.- Work is tested on devices having only one BAR.
Pending
- Full test on a device has multiple BARs.
- Usage of
CRONO_KERNEL_BAR_FLAG_32_BIT, currently it's unused. freeDeviceMemneeds tounmmapBARs mapped memories.CRONO_KERNEL_WriteAddrNandCRONO_KERNEL_ReadAddrNvariations need to handle all BARs.
Release 1.3.1
Use unmmap to cleanup memory mapped using mmap while process is still active.
It's normally unmmaped when process exits, but, for a multi-thousand open/close it will cause "Out of memory" error.
Release 1.3.0
Work Done
- Output library has
libprefix now to belibcrono_pci_linux.ainstead ofcrono_pci_linux.a, for the standardization of the drivers use it.
Release 1.2.2
Work Done
- Fix #17
double-freeerror. - Styling.
Release 1.2.0
Work Done
- We currently support
open()a device only once, opening a device twice is not supported, and returns error to caller. - Adjust rest of code accordingly.
- Complete
CRONO_KERNEL_PciDeviceClose()implementation. - Updated the version.
- Tuning.
