- crystoline/xpsr-orm-doctrine (packages/orm-doctrine): an EntityManager
  on XPSR's DBAL connection, attribute entities in app/Entity, snake-case
  columns, PHP 8.4 native lazy objects instead of proxy classes, and the
  application cache for metadata outside debug mode
- Doctrine's read-only and cache commands under php xpsr, and an XPSR
  orm:validate-schema that ignores tables the entities do not describe
- ClearEntityManagerMiddleware for worker servers
- xpsr-database: SchemaProviderInterface, SchemaDiff, and
  make:migration --diff, which compares only tables the schema names and
  refuses while migrations are pending
