Fixes

  • Domain terms not assigned during CSV import — assign_domain_terms() silently skipped terms that didn't exist in the database, resulting in questions with no domain association. The import now ensures default terms exist before assignment.
  • Appendix A3 flashcard — DESV scope confirmation card had Domain 3 with an empty requirement field. Moved to Domain 4.

After updating, re-import your CSVs to restore domain associations.
