redhat: rpminspect: ignore perf coresight tests

Disable sub-packages inspection, because it requires constant waiving of -rt
subpackages because comparisons are done against 9.2 GA kernel. Per OSCI
team this can't be changed at the moment and they recommended we skip
the test.
