Open Cube OS 3.0.0 WP-06c - the GUI installer (development milestone)

The WP-06b command-line installer surface becomes the graphical
9-step wizard: welcome+language, target disk, partitioning,
formatting, user account, system configuration, review, install,
done. Every mutation the wizard performs is a real OCSECL command
echoed to the serial line with its captured output - the GUI journey
and the CLI journey are provably the same journey.

Highlights:

• PS/2 aux mouse driver (plus USB mouse and I2C touchpad - the
  three-source pointer pump); keyboard users ride the Tab ring with
  Enter wired to each page's default button.
• The no-overwrite gate mounts every partition and greps for
  /boot/opencube.elf before anything else happens; an unknown
  filesystem (NTFS-shaped) partition is preserved - the wizard
  builds in the remaining gap and installs onto partition TWO.
• The password is stored as SHA-256 only (never the plain text,
  never on the serial line).
• en/zh throughout (the zh catalog rides the same UTF-8 renderer).

The w6 acceptance battery runs 88 checks: the keyboard journey end
to end, the really-installed disk boots OCBL -> hd0 p1 -> ush,
host-side byte verification (patch block, core, FAT volume, config,
users record), the whole journey in Chinese, and four boundary
cases (NTFS preservation, full disk, existing-system refusal,
cancel-after-format). Full regression matrix green (b2-b6, T1-T7).

This is a development milestone on the way to 3.0.0, not the 3.0.0
release.
