Change applied within #324 to trigger Python workflow on changes to the pre-commit configuration.

Nothing seems to happen.

Black dropped as a dependency and replaced by ruff within #324, thus Renovate has automatically closed the pull request.

Renovate now running with pre-commit though interestingly has replaced frozen pre-commit dependency hashes with tag versions (fa23c5c)... and also back a number of versions... and subsequently raised a pull request to elevate it back to the latest version which was previously specified (#336) and retained the automated comment to the version that was specified next to the hash.

With that in mind, happy to use tags for now and do a little clean of the pre-commit configuration to remove the tag comments so they are not a source of confusion (#341).
