Cuelith 0.6.0
- Lingue italiano 0.2.8 e inglese 0.1.8 incluse nell'installatore.
Licenza GPL 3.0 o successiva.
Formatted words: inside a text you can enlarge, bold, italicise or colour only some words, and the plain text stays as it is.
What is new
- Formatted words in the editor of a text: select some words and, from the bar above the box, change size (50% to 300% of the rest), bold, italic (Ctrl+B and Ctrl+I) and colour; Clear formatting brings them back to normal. Below, "How the audience sees it" shows the formatted slides.
- The same everywhere: preview, program, slide thumbnails and the real outputs. Lines never break, and "Fit if it does not fit" shrinks everything together, the big word included; outline and shadow apply to formatted words too.
- The formatting follows the text: typing before, inside or after a formatted word moves it along (at the end of a word it continues, after a space it stops).
- The text stays plain: whatever reads a slide's text (imports, exports, other programs, plugins that do not know about formatted words) finds the usual text. The formatted words sit next to it and can be exported together with the text.
- Formatting as a companion plugin: for Songs and any other plugin with a text editor, formatting is a separate plugin, Formatting (whoever does not want it does not install it). Its bar appears on top of the editor window, only while you write: select some words and change their size, bold, italic and colour without switching windows. The program's own texts (+ Text) already have the bar built in.
- Songs 0.7.0: in a song's sections you can format words (with Formatting installed); "How the audience sees it" shows them and on the projected slide they stay in place, without chords. A song without formatting stays identical. ChordPro and OpenLyrics export as plain text.
- For developers: protocol 1.21 (
spansin a slide'stextfield, withsegmentsOf,plainText,styleRange,shiftSpans,sliceRichandjoinRichin@cuelith/protocol) 1.22 (richtext.session,richtext.end,richtext.apply,live.richText;bindRichTextandbindTextareain@cuelith/panel) and 1.23 (placement: "editor"panels, i.e. toolbars on top of editors, andremapSpans); see the developer guide.
