Add Zip archive support and XML parsing

Update dependencies to version 0.8.2 of @scroogieboy/directory-to-object and include some simple usage of @scroogieboy/zip-to-object to load Zip archives. Also added some basic XML parsing support, since that is a common payload format in Zip-based formats, such as Microsoft Office documents.

Match the 0.6.0 version of @scroogieboy/directory-to-object

No functionality changes, just make sure that it runs the same with the new API.

Update the GitHub workflow to use Deno 2.x

Minor cleanup so that we can publish to JSR.

• Align the version numbers between the CLI and the underlying @scroogieboy/directory-to-object library.
• Add a --merge-arrays option to turn on the merging of conflicting arrays.
• Add a --merge-objects option to turn on the merging of conflicting objects.
