- No test reaches the network any more. Seven tests called YouTube or
top.gg on every run and passed whether or not the call worked, so they
checked nothing about CrackTunes. They are gone, along with 16 opt-in tests
that only asked whether YouTube was up and still answering the way it used to.
- Faster tests. Five tests waited out real timeouts or a fixed sleep; they
now take milliseconds. docs/testing.md now starts the test database in
memory, which runs crack-economy's suite in about 3 s rather than 17 s.
- The play history writer is named for what it is. One background task
records each queued track for play history; it was called a worker pool.
Behaviour is unchanged, and an unused path that wrote play history directly
is removed.
