  • Dependency updates only; no CrackTunes code changed. 7 crates take
    patch or minor updates: aws-lc-rs 1.19.0 and aws-lc-sys 0.47.0 (the
    TLS crypto library), rustix 1.1.6, ctutils 0.4.7, openssl-probe 0.2.2,
    realfft 3.5.1 and unicode-width 0.2.3.

Internal

  • CI stops building things it throws away.

    • The "nightly" Build and Lint legs had run stable since 2026-08-22, because
      rust-toolchain.toml outranks rustup default. Each was a second copy of
      its stable leg, so both are gone.
    • The fmt check now really runs nightly rustfmt (cargo +nightly fmt), so
      rustfmt.toml's nightly-only options are enforced again. They had been
      ignored with a warning since August. Master already passes them.
    • Build no longer runs cargo sqlx prepare, whose output nothing read, or
      master's cargo build --release, whose binary was never uploaded.
    • Master no longer rebuilds the whole test suite in release mode for a tree
      its PR already tested. It runs the same debug suite as a PR, which still
      gates the image and leaves a cache new PRs can start from.

    Nothing the bot does changed.
