Release list
Launch film
One founder, one sentence. Master Console turns "I'm building a booking app for music teachers that solves no-shows" into a working, launch-ready product, built by a company of AI agents from three labs.
- On the record: every agent action is logged by hooks, not by the agent, so any problem traces back to its cause.
- The gauntlet: reviewer agents check every build, a security panel spans three AI labs, and no agent grades its own work.
- It learns how you decide, and escalates what it shouldn't guess.
- The last mile: from MVP to ready to sell, with a human at the gates that matter.
- At night it replays the day's log and works on what it got stuck on.

Master Console 2.1.0 (Beta)
Released 2026-10-20 as a public beta. All release checks passed.
Master Console is an AI operating system for Claude Code. It turns one assistant into an autonomous AI company: an architect that plans, a judge that second-guesses, builders that work in isolated git worktrees, reviewers that check every build, and a memory that survives between sessions.
What's in the box
- 235 slash commands and 78 automated hooks, installed into your own project's
.claude/directory. - A full sprint lifecycle run by agents: plan → design → build → gauntlet → release → retro.
- Independent review on every build: code, QA and security reviewers. They can run on a different AI lab than the one that wrote the code, so no model grades its own homework.
- Enforced policies: every rule names the check that catches a violation.
/scan:fullruns the whole suite and returns one health report. - Memory that persists: an events log, scored learnings and reasoning traces, stored in your project.
- Multi-lab by design: runs on Claude Code, and adds the OpenAI Codex CLI and Antigravity as independent reviewers when they're installed.
Release checks
- Clean install: verified on a fresh project on Windows: 2,007 files installed, hooks wired, manifest coverage clean, zero warnings.
- Tests: 1,458 of 1,464 shipped tests pass (5 skipped; 1 timing-sensitive test, listed in Known issues).
- One commit: the repository ships as a single clean commit under AGPL-3.0.
Get started in five minutes
git clone https://github.com/cygaco/master-console.git
cd master-console
.\install.ps1 -Target <your-project-dir>Then open Claude Code in your project and run /mc:health.
Requirements: Windows, Claude Code, Node.js 20 or newer, and Git. For cross-lab review, add the OpenAI Codex CLI and Antigravity (optional).
Beta notes
This is a beta, and a few edges are still being polished. Known issues (#1) lists them with workarounds. The main one: the sprint's security panel needs a second AI lab by design, so install the Codex CLI to run full sprints. Planned features are in ROADMAP.md.
