We're excited to introduce the first public release of PDF Toolkit — a fast, privacy-focused desktop application for Windows that lets you compress PDFs, convert documents and images, and create professional graphics without ever uploading your files.
Unlike many online PDF tools, everything happens locally on your computer.

Included with PDF Toolkit is a complete vector design workspace built entirely in Python.

Ghostscript (free)
Ghostscript provides the PDF rendering and compression engine used by PDF Toolkit.
Once installed, PDF Toolkit automatically detects it.
