First public release of dsh-agent-teams-dashboard, a local DSH Web plugin that
adds a «Команды» sidebar section and a dashboard for AgentTeams chats.

Highlights

• Sidebar section «Команды» plus a dashboard of active teams and teams finished
  within the last three days (older teams move to the archive view).
• Time ranges: today, 7 days (default), 30 days, all time and a custom period.
• Hero cards for tokens (stacked cache/input/output by day), cost in USD (primary)
  and RUB (CBR rate with date, stale and manual-override markers) and work time
  (total across teams plus the merged "online" time).
• Team cards with shrinking two-line titles, five status dots, captain and member
  orca artwork with monogram fallback, dependency-ordered task roadmap, segmented
  progress and one-line metrics.
• Archive view with title search, sorting by end date/title/spend and a sticky
  back button; card and row clicks open the team chat through the shell.
• Skeleton, empty, range-empty, error, stale and partial states; a single broken
  team.json becomes a warning strip instead of blanking the dashboard.
• Light/dark themes from DSH tokens, keyboard focus, reduced motion, RU/EN copy.

Privacy and security

• Read-only over the DSH home, session projections/logs and .agent-teams state.
• Writes exactly one file: the FX cache <DSH_HOME>/cache/dsh-agent-teams-dashboard/fx.json.
• Network only to the two CBR endpoints (disable with fxEnabled: false).
• Both panel routes are loopback-only; remote callers receive 403.
• Public fixtures and screenshots are synthetic; scripts/check-public.mjs
  enforces the privacy rules before every release.

Quality gates

• Host unit tests 52/52, full suite 125/125, host smoke 74/74.
• check-package 67/67, check-bundle 55/55, check-preview 64/64,
  check-public 71/71.
• Browser bundle 130,344 B of the 131,072 B budget; screenshots captured at
  1440x1100 (desktop) and 390x900 (mobile) from the synthetic fixture.
• CI runs the tests and all four checks on Ubuntu and Windows with Node 24.

Requirements and limits

• DSH Web >= 0.2.0-rc.2; Node.js 24+ for tests/checks. The plugin has no
  runtime dependencies.
• AgentTeams (@nanmicoder/dsh-agent-teams) is required for data and artwork.
• Tokens/cost are day-grained and estimated, not a provider invoice; RUB depends
  on the CBR rate; routes are loopback-only; teams are discovered only under
  registered workspaces.
