dsh-file-preview v0.1.0

First release.

• Host half: /api/dsh-file-preview/* routes (meta, raw, text, office-pdf, link, action, resolve, status); configurable read scope (readScope: any by default, roots for a strict allow-list); copy-file action (Windows file-drop clipboard, macOS POSIX file, Linux unavailable).
• Client half: in-chat modal preview for images, PDF, Office, text, markdown, HTML, video/audio and website links; hover peek (peek/full/off, persisted), close X, full-preview line, copy split button (path / contents / file), keyboard-first, theme tokens, en+ru locales.
• Tests: 186 client assertions + 98 host assertions, plus independent probes.
