Multi-protocol support and improvements

Features

• Add HTTP and SOCKS5 proxy protocols alongside Shadowsocks
• Default ports: SS:443, HTTP:80, SOCKS5:1080
• All protocols share same username/password authentication

Download improvements

• Add download retry with configurable attempts and delay
• Add download cache (/tmp/xray-cache) to skip re-downloading
• Add progress bar with speed/time/size stats
• Prompt user to re-download if file exists
• Prompt user to download geo data (optional)

Code organization

• Group constants by category
• Add section comments for better readability
• Use jq for reliable version parsing from GitHub API

• user add/rm now updates all three protocol inbounds
