Install

Steam Deck / Linux handheld — download decky-local-saves-sync.zip
and install it from Decky Loader's Developer → Install Plugin from ZIP,
or drop it in ~/homebrew/plugins.

Windows PC — download and run SaveSync.exe. No installer; it
lives in the system tray. Allow it through the firewall on
private networks when prompted.

Both devices must be on the same local network. Pair them once, then
saves for your non-Steam games sync automatically when you close a game.

Verify your downloads against SHA256SUMS.txt.
