Analytics views

View	Key	What it shows
Species	`g`	k-means + PCA clustering of the population
Lineage	`l`	Abundance over time by ancestral line
Phylogeny	`p`	A coalescent tree of descent

All three are hand-rolled — there is no plotting or ML library behind them.

Left-clicking selects the nearest agent and opens the inspector, showing its brain state, genome and current drives.

h toggles rendering of the communication channel, so you can see which agents are signalling to each other rather than inferring it from behaviour.

s writes the current population to a snapshot file. Snapshots can be reloaded into the GUI or continued headlessly — see Headless runs.
