VectorClaw v1.0.0

First public release of VectorClaw MCP server for Anki Vector robots.

What's Included

  • 12 MCP tools for robot control
  • Speech, motion, perception, and status tools
  • Wire-Pod SDK integration (>= 0.8.0)
  • Python 3.11+ support

Installation

pip install vectorclaw-mcp

Known Limitations

  • vector_drive_on_charger — unreliable; activates cube but no reliable charger approach
  • Perception detections (faces/objects) — often returns empty lists
  • Idle behaviors — Vector's autonomous animations can overlap with commanded behaviors
  • No rate limiting on motion commands (v1.1 target)
