Deception v0.4.0

Deception ships no game data. You need your own dump of Tecmo's
Deception: Invitation to Darkness (NTSC-U, SLUS-00340) as a .chd,
or as a .cue / .bin pair.

On first launch Deception asks for that image and builds the game from
it. Later launches start from that build.

A different disc is refused. A different mastering of this disc is
rebuilt rather than served the previous build.

Windows is Deception-<version>-win-x64.zip: Deception.exe plus
bin/. Linux is Deception-<version>-x86_64.AppImage. The release
is a draft until it is published.
