[30/NOV/2022] Deprecate `dapr-client` NPM package

Deprecation plan

The dapr-client package has been DEPRECATED in favor of the @dapr/dapr package

As discussed in the main issue,
0. Deprecation of dapr-client start from v2.3.0

1. Both the packages will continue to receive the same updates till 01/NOV/2022
2. After the above time-period, the dapr-client package will continue to be maintained without updates till 01/APR/2023
3. Finally after there are not enough downloads and it's inactive, the package will be archived.
